ROLE: Email design for True Citrus, a wellness-focused brand in the CPG (beverage) space. Using Klaviyo, I built out customer journey automation flows and designed drag-and-drop templates that I used to build 3-5x/weekly marketing emails. I designed unique hero graphics and animations that follow brand guidelines yet bring a unique voice to each email. I also incorporated personalized content via Klaviyo's Shopify integration, pulling in dynamic product recommendations based on shopper activity to boost online sales.
